Placing an order Questions
How do I place an order?
Simply find your item on line at https://pacificspecialties.com.au/shop/ ‘add to cart’ and then click ‘place your order’ and we will invoice you. If the item you are after is not in our products online store, simply call 1800 725 245 with your product code and place your order.
When ordering abutments what does R and NR mean?
R means Rotating and RN means Non Rotating.
Do I need to purchase a Dynamic Screw when ordering Dynamic Abutment Castable and Dynamic Abutment Cobalt Chrome?
Yes, Dynamic Screws need to be added to your order at the time you select your abutment.
3D printer Questions
What is the shelf-life of the resin?
Our bottled resin has a shelf life of at least one year. You can leave unused resin in the resin tank for as many as two months, which means you won’t have to waste any material.
How can I store the resin?
You can reuse resin that is in your tank after a print, but it should not be returned to the bottle to avoid potential contamination. Outside of the printer or bottle, resin can be stored in the orange resin tank with the lid on.
How much is frieght?
Frieght is a flat rate of $15, there is no free frieght for for a larger purchase.
How Long does postage take?
Road Frieght takes between 3 to 5 days. Overnight courier is usually the next day, however this can vary depending on what time the order is made and can not be guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned if they have not been opened and are returned within 14 days of purchase.
